Welcome to my crafting blog. After retirement, my husband and I moved to a beautiful location in the Okanagan area of British Columbia. I love all paper crafts including mixed media, journaling and cards. I also dabble in papermaking, photography, fibre art, and altered books. I am an active member of several card and mixed media groups and on the design team of several challenge blog. I love the world of blogging, it has opened many doors for me. Christmas Angel

It is my turn to choose the theme for this week challenge at Holly Jolly Christmas Challenges, and I chose Christmas Angels. When I think of Christmas I have fond memories of the Christmas Angel we placed on the top of our tree every year.

I found this lovely Star Angel digi stamp by Michelle Perkett on Esty. The Star Angel reminds me of my favourite tree topper. I coloured the angel with my Martha Stewart pigment and glitter pens and my Copic Markers. I then added some layers of gold and silver die cut and embossed papers and stars. The "Joy" sentiment is a free sentiment from Arty Pants Digital Stamps.

Come join us at Holly Jolly Christmas Challenge this week and share your art work. Create a card and enter it here.
